Abstract


In pharmaceutical business, problems like increasing drug varieties, shorter epidemic cycle, more information content and etc have made it more difficult for the enterprises to get settle accounts and statistical analysis. So the existing manual management is confronted with grave challenge. While in GSP, it needs large amounts of records and documents from the company and lots of work on statistics, which is really impossible in manual management.To solve this problem, it was put forward a preliminary design of medicine logistics system. By analyzing the demands of the enterprise, this system consists of four managing systems about enterprise headquarter, distribution center, chain store and wholesale, which are mutually independent while closely related. To achieve a unified pharmaceutical business to help supply management, integrated inventory and distribution management, uniform price management, unified quality management, a unified financial accounting and management purposes. In the managing system of enterprise headquarter, it also designs four modules: GSP management module, purchasing management module, price adjusting management module and settling account module. This system is based on the WEB in JAVA EE. It applies the MVC in B/S Technology, which is quite common in the application of WEB, in its development and applies the framework of SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)to operate. SSH using Struts framework in view to achieve the system level, using Hibernate for data persistence layer operations, the use of lightweight containers Spring for business logic. To improve the security of the system, the introduction of encryption algorithms and other key information for users to encrypt data; To simplify business processes and improve enterprise business processing efficiency in system design and implementation, the introduction of rights / role management user rights on the system to manage performance from the database and application performance both improve system performance. If this system can be carried out successfully, it will help solving the problems like the complicated and confused functions, the disorder in operation flow, inefficiency, high cost and etc in current medicine logistics management. In doing so, it can help the pharmaceutical enterprises and the drug managing enterprises to improve profits and facilitate the supervision of the government.
