Abstract


Along with the development of information technology and the increase of the network technology, the concept of E-government has gone deep into the heart of common person. More and more government departments are beginning to realize the importance of document digital management to the development of government agencies E-government. Building our own documentation digital management system in government departments, it is becoming imperative to e-government building. System of new management mode and service models have already become the topic that we must study.In this paper, Sichuan commitee of CPPCC literature material information management system includes the backstage content management platform, full-text retrieval system, front desk comprehensive portal three parts.It can be accessed through the Internet,adopts multiple servers and clusters, and constitutes a data center of Sichuan commitee of CPPCC. The database of backstage supporter of system adopts the large scale database Oracle Database Server 10G R2 and the Full text search the database of TRS Database Server. The onstage development related to J2EE,JSF,TRS and many other techniques.Application Server adopts the Tomcat Web Server.In functions it meets all kind of requirements of Sichuan CPPCC.Firstly the paper introduced the requirement and the key technology based TRS of the literature material information management system .Secondly the paper primarily described the whole design, described the development way of the Sichuan commitee of CPPCC literature material information management system in detail.Finally,the paper summed up the job the theory research and the program development above-mentioned to Sichuan commitee of CPPCC literature material information management system, put forward the prospect of the next job.All involved hardware and software in the system have been authorized by all types of manufacturers and support.
