Abstract


Modern control system can be found everywhere in the field of control. It not only saves the cost greatly but also increases the productivity greatly. But along with increase of complexity of the control system, the system fault increases too. How to clear the fault as quickly as possible is a important target to assess the maintainability of the control system. So, this thesis is about a kind of wireless remote expert diagnostic system, and we have done some design and research for this system based on a kind of pump truck control system.At first, for the hardware of local data terminal and remote equipment, the thesis introduces detailed。Secondly it introduces two key technology, the technology of wireless remote communication and the technology of expert diagnostic. The technology of wireless remote communication chooses the wireless GPRS net as the media of communication. For the hardware, we choose the wireless GPRS module that produced by Siemens. And using the AT command, the perfect application of GPRS net has been done already.The expert diagnostic library is one of the research point of this thesis too. The thesis borrows the concept of fault tree, using the data library and data structure arrays, and makes the fault tree changing to files that can be wrote and read by compute program. So, when the user chooses a fault phenomenon, the compute program can make a judgment and give some solution automatically.At last, the thesis has introduced the operation way and test way for the system, so the release of system software. The combination of the hardware and software of the system has meted the actual requirements of our customers.
