Abstract


With the rapid development of computer technology, enterprise personnel information management has become an important content of enterprise management. Enterprise personnel information management relates to the important interests of enterprise. Leading computer into enterprise management can improve the quality of enterprise management and enhance staff motivation and the competitiveness of enterprise.This paper introduces the design and development of enterprise personnel information management system. The topic takes managing the enterprise personnel information reasonably as a goal, using the system development principles and methods in the software engineering, designs and develops an enterprise personnel information management system which is fit for small and medium enterprise. The system uses ASP.NET, takes SQL Server 2005 as the background database management system. On the basis of understanding enterprise personnel information management and synthesizing the requirements of the topic, system is divided into ordinary user model and manager module to facilitate the use of common staff and personnel administrator, realizes the staff information management, staff training management, resume information management, department information management and information statistics and other major features. The modern enterprise attaches importance to staff training. Staff training management can manage staff training experience reasonably.
