Abstract


With the information management system, managers can communicate with customers quickly and effectively through the on-line statistic and sales analysis functions, thus improve the information management level, and back real estate companies up with accurate information for decision-making.This paper explains the concepts of system for information sales information management and further defines the content in this context.Then, it focuses on real estate sales information management systems analyzing the information management system development methods and implementation techniques;Secondly, the introduction of the real estate sales information management system designed for critical technologies, including the B / S system model, three-tier architecture and database technology, and select the ASP.NET development environment for the system;Following on with the analysis on demand of this system, in which it is divided into six functional modules, namely, basic information management module, sales module, purchase module, query statistics, system settings module, the system UML modeling and database design;Subsequently, we design and implement the system to make it function at a high efficiency by generating more reasonable interface at access and query in six function modules ;Finally we make a configuration to the IIS site and test the whole system to complete the real estate sales information analysis and research topics.
