Abstract


At present, there exist some problems in real estate cost management of construction project, such as low information communication efficiency; rigid and complicated traditional calculation method; big errors in the results, and under-utilization of existing internal information resource of the enterprise; slow coordination and organization in cost management; and delay of statements and reports. All these affect the operation of construction projects to some extent.Based on the research results of domestic real estate industry cost management system and current situation of Fujian Guanya Group, while making full use of internal information platform of the Group, a suitable construction cost management system has been proposed and the research on the project development of the system has been done to design and implement the software system. This article analyzes the feasibility, the development programming and requirement of the project. It introduces and analyzes the design and function of every module of the system, database design, and system implementation based on Delphi 7 and SQL Server 2005. The application of this software system has simplified the calculation method, speeded up the calculation, and reduced calculation errors. Thus Guanya Group real estate construction project has achieved effective management and has made full use of human resources, material resources, particularly information resources, as a result has saved a lot of time. Currently the system is on trial in some departments of Fujian Guanya Group, and has achieved good results.
