Abstract


In our country, the fee-charging pattern of a majority of hospitals remains as manual work, which is both of heavy labor intensity and low efficiency. Some problems exist presently as following:patients waiting overlong in the queue, procedure being complicated, work like inquiry and statistics on fees, retrieval of precious database materials involve much troublesome even cannot be realized anyway, documents not available to scientific research for a lack of further statistics analysis, which can’t be done manually. Errors, details being left out and the like do exist in finical management, information overstocked and wasted because of inaccure information management, vague awareness of accumulated database.The aim of this system is to help the hospital better manage the fee-charging and information, and enable the leaders to be familiar with condition of outpatient department and state of patients, finally realize the in formalization management. The system was developed with the adoption of Browser/Server WEB and JAVA LANGUAGE named ’three-formation’.Limitations of traditional Client/Sterer system are being exposed gradually while the one mentioned above is among the most advanced technologies. The chief content of this article offers a systematic analysis on the system according to the conducted researches, and also gives the high-degree unity and expansibility based on the enterprise’s actual condition.Meanwhile this article informs both the general design and specific design for some main function parts. General system development pattern including management of outpatient,medicine,inpatient,illness cases was nailed down after a one-month work to analyze the different computer application systems used by outpatient department and inpatient department, with a consideration of the application requirements as a matter that different department linked within one net. It also tells the matter of how to analyze and design the system efficiently and practically, reasons for the adoption of some specific technologies, in a bid to make it flexible operable and perform satisfactorily.So far, the system is capable to meet the main needs of the information management, and will be revised and improved constantly in response to new requirements.In order to help the Academy achieve in formalization management,this system was developed, based on the network environment.It would increase the efficiency and quality of information management and enable the Academy handle the information management work skillfully and defiantly.
