Abstract


Based on the campus network which has been completed and put into use, the Campus Card System(CCS) of Weihai Vocational College is a system engineering to be constructed for building a digital campus. There are many problems in current system because of the different systems established by various departments. Such as:1.It’s hard for them to keep their application systems remaining compatible and ensure the rational resource allocation and sharing, resulting from the different techniques and specifications they adopted.2.Many cards held by staff and students have to be used separately.3.Finance department failed to unify the management of college finance, fund settlement and related financial services.4.Card users can’t pay by card in school, neither can borrow books and identify authentication. And it is impossible for them to share the school information with one card, such as tuition payment, academic management and school enrollment management.Based on the actual situation of Weihai Vocational College, combined with the development of the situation at home and abroad made card on campus, "One Card" system throughout the building. Weihai professional card system first described the overall business, clearly the whole business relationship between the system and then separately from the application, function and safety of three aspects of the "One Card" system requirement analysis and functional requirements used in the analysis of the use-case analysis of the model. Based on this resulting in the overall planning of the system design principles, building objectives and the system architecture, management of the entire system is divided into sub-settlement center, restaurant charge management subsystem, bathroom Kai Shuifang water control subsystem, computer lab management subsystem, library subsystem, consumption management subsystem, information query subsystem, access control subsystem, subsystems such as the nine sub-bank transfer to the construction of a clear relationship between the various subsystems based on its card management system is divided into consumption, query systems and identification systems of three modules. Then discussed the whole system network design, card design. Network design, including networking and protocol options. Card design includes a selection of cards, card plan, the card data storage and e-wallet functions and so on. Detailed design includes a modular design and database design, module, part of the main consumer systems, voice inquiry system and library lending system of three modules in detail the design and gives the flow chart of the various subsystems, sequence diagram, collaboration and state diagrams. Main aspects of the database database logical structure, physical structure and data flow in detail design. In the detailed design of each part based on the consumption management of system implementation is given.The construction of the CCS will radically solve the following problems：One is the inconvenience of many cards used in school. The other is the difficulty in school management, especially financial management. It contributes to the realization of consumption, attendance and bus ride with one card for staff and students and bringing a great convenience to them, achieving "one card all over campus". That’s the way to lead up the school management towards digitalization and modernization, and at last reach the goal of building a digital campus.
