Abstract


The political examination work is a secret weapon of our military, and a fundamental guarantee for the selection of good soldiers and talents. It is also praised as "invisible and untouchable" power by the foreign militaries. With the rapid development of the global informationalization, the traditional methods of new recruits’political examination survey has lagged behind the requirements of the informationalization reform, and must be replaced by new survey methods. From a technical development point of view, especially the developments of Internet technology, security technology and software theories, it is possible to realize the digital survey and investigation of new recruits’ political examination. For the contents and scopes of the political examination survey work, there should be different requirements in different historical periods. Based on the characteristics of the political examination survey and combined with my work experience at the grassroots level, I develop a set of management software which can meet the characteristics of the political examination survey system, free the staff from the numerous and diverse work, and meet the needs of informationalization construction situations.This paper adopted the object-oriented thinking, used the unified modeling language as a tool to analyze and design, make analysis of the needs and systematic design for the related business in the process of new recruits’political examination. According to the characteristics of the new recruits’ political examination survey system and its users, we chose JAVA language which was developed by the SUN company as the developing language to create environment for the language, used MySQL which was developed by the SUN company as the database system, and adapted multi-level software functional system, finally realize the management functions in the process of new recruits’political examination survey. In terms of security, the new recruits’ political examination survey system adopts the rights management based on the resources and roles, thus enhancing security in the operation of the new recruits’ political examination survey system. The new recruits’ political examination survey system provides complete interface operation of business processing or data query through providing of checking services to the outside by the query interface, therefore, achieving the data and information sharing of the new recruits’ political examination survey system to the outside.To meet needs of the rapid development of the military informationalization construction, closely combined with the features of the political examination survey system, by developing the political examination survey system,we achieve the goal of investigating survey results with high efficiency and zero errors as well as complete the accurate manifestations of the information such as survey results and the proportion of the groups by means of characters and graphics. The system can display the group information in a more direct way through the manifestations of the graphical results.After the implementation of this system, it can free the political examination survey staff from the tedious work, as well as improve the efficiency of the new recruits’ political examination survey management work and the quality of the statistical management.
