Abstract


With the rapid development of computer science and internet, computer applications based on internet are widely used in people’s work and life. In recent years, all levels taxation related departments have done some work on tax infomationization, which has proved the efficiency of related people and brought convenience to taxpayers. However, current tax infomationization mainly focuses on internal systems in Taxation Bureau. As far as the taxpayers are mentioned, a convenient information and business service platform is needed.Rate paying enterprises all need to get the latest rules of law in time, so tax related information should be published soon. At the same time, when they are puzzled with the policies, Taxation Bureau should give them exact and authoritative explanations. As the number of rate paying enterprises gets more and more, the tax halls are lack of efficiency. How to make the systems of Taxation Bureau to enhance the efficiency and how to provide online tax services are issues need to be addressed in this paper.In this paper, the author first analyses state of the art of inside and outside work on tax infomationization. On the basis of real world application, related questionnaire was designed and used in thirteen Weifang Local Taxation Bureaus. Also free talk was made between the author and website managers. As a result, on the basis of representative investigation and actual business requirements, the author proposed to establish the new form of taxpayer service based on call center. This new form will improve the efficiency, and consolidate the position of tax systems.Then, the whole system was designed following multi-layers less coupled architecture, and implemented with.Net SmartClient framework which enhanced the end user experience.On the basis of the system architecture, this paper extends the functions and applications of existing service center, and explains the concrete function and design of call center, online tax service and information publication.Finally, this paper introduced the implementation of call center, online tax service and information publication, and analyzed the detailed application in real world tax related work.Now, the system has been implemented and used well in Weifang Local Taxation Bureau, and played an important role in the infomationization of Weifang Local Taxation Bureau.
