Abstract


The Air Transport Dynamic Monitoring System is a powerful instrument for the Air Transport Department at all levels to manage daily routines, direct transport and support decision-making in the information age. With the application of this system, in order to guarantee a timely, efficient and precise data exchange and process, a unified Data Exchange Platform is also required. As an important component of the system, the Data Exchange Platform supplies data service to the system. The establishment of Data Exchange Platform is conducive to the Air Transport Dynamic Monitoring System, ensuring the smooth operation of the commanding chain of the system, keeping the consistency and integrality of data, and enhancing the support ability and quick-respond ability of air transport.The continuous development of information network provides a data transmission foundation to the Data Exchange Platform. The Message Middleware and the XML technology which are of high military value provide strong technological and theoretical support to the operation of the platform. With a view to the requirement of data exchange of the Air Transport Dynamic Monitoring System, based on analysing the main problems needed to be solved, this dissertation makes a thorough study on three pillar issues which are essential to develop the platform, namely, network environment, data exchange format and computer application system. Through the analysis to the key technologies, system network environment and features of data required by the platform, combining with the demands of the system, this dissertation also designs a model of data exchange and the XML oriented format of data exchange and furthur, makes a research on the Data Exchange Platform. Based on the model, a Data Exchange Platform is designed in this dissertation. This dissertation mainly focuses on how to develop the Data Exchange Platform and implement the core function module. It provides a solution to implement the function of the system and lays a foundation to the further research.
