With the development of economic globalization, market competition becomes increasingly fierce. To raise marketing resilience, large medium-sized and small enterprises all need to strengthen the control of their own resources continuously and to enhance business relationships among upstream and downstream industry chain effectively. The correctness of decision-making of invoicing management affected the competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises directly. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, Internet is widely spread and invoicing management system emerged. Through computer technology, production, inventory and sales are combined together by Enterprise Invoicing Management System so as to improve the profits and efficiency of enterprises.On the basis of the Invoicing Management System of a certain Co., Ltd., in this paper, the research and application status of Invoicing Management System at home and abroad as well as related technology application status is introduced firstly. Then MVC model and J2EE frameworks are described briefly. And then based on the above theory, the status of enterprise and the characteristics of management, through analyzing the functional requirements of the system, the design an Invoicing System on the MVC pattern is provided with B/S architecture being used. After that, a comprehensive analysis of the system is conducted, and then analysis of the system’s main flow. In designing stage, firstly the WEB design of the system is carried out and then overall design of Web layer, business logic layer, data persistence layer and also the design of database are conducted. Finally, combined with J2EE platform, an Invoicing management system suitable for similar companies is developed.
