Abstract


In recent years, with the Chinese feminine crime quantity increasing , the feminine crime already became an important society problem.According to the pertinentdata, the female who had suffered injury crime is a remarkable characteristic that different with the general masculine crime .Therefore, this article from prevents the feminine crime to embark,selects the female who had suffered injury as research object.According to different reasons and characteristics of feminine victim crime, proposes the feminine victim crime preventive measure.This article mainly divides three parts:The first part is the first three chapters. Take to the domestic and foreign feminine crime research presentsituation evaluation as the beginning, explained studies the feminine victim crime the significance.Is clear about the feminine victim’s definition, according to suffersinjury the reason differently to divide into the victim several kinds. And recombination differently suffers injury types, describes the female’s transformation from the victim to the criminal in phenomenon and psychology.The second part is the fourth chapter. Take the incidence rate of cases higher the sex crime, the violence crime and the crime of abducting and selling women and children three kind of types as objects, analyzesthe feminine victim to implement these crimes the present situation,the characteristic and the family, the economical, cultural,psychological and the social atmosphere reason.The third part is the fifth chapter, also is the most important part.According to feminine victim crime each kind of reasons, proposes the concrete measureto prevent the feminine victim to crime by improveing the feminine economic status, education level, perfecting legal measure and ’consummating the mechanism of woman safeguard.
