"Mobile collaboration office" is the fusion product of today’s fast-growing communications industry and the IT industry,It will combinate the mobile communications industry in the communication convenience, the scale of the user, and the IT industry in software mature applications,rich in the business content perfectly,make it to be the next-generation remote office model after the paperless office with computers and the internet-based office. In this office mode, with the support of wireless networks, people can achieve mobile office through portable intelligent terminals such as smart phones, PDA, laptop. It not only makes the office to become free, easy, and with the convenience of mobile communications, can allow the user working quickly and efficiently, regardless of living in any emergency, it has extremely important practical significance for the treatment of emergencies, emergency deployment of the incident.This paper discusses the rise of mobile collaboration office applications, features, advantages and future applications;Comprehensive analysis of strong demand for collaborative office applications, in the background of the rapid development of the network and information,around mobile collaboration office system design and implementation;proposed the general framework of the system, given its broad network structure and function module design; Finally, relying on hospital geographic information system virtual platform,and on this basis, with the object-oriented design methods, based on Java technology such as a good development platform, with today’s mainstream development model - "B / S" (Browser / Server) mode, design and develop a good applicability of mobile collaboration booking system, support smart phone, PDA, PC and other portable devices with real-time and high speed access connected to the system, can improve the efficiency of communication and data transfer speed. The reservation system mainly consists of a collaborative laboratory description, experimental project list, students booking module to view application results, file downloads, teacher module, press releases, and other management modules.The collaborative booking platform with real-time,personalization, convenience, through the functions of each module, can be effective in laboratory appointment management, user management, statistics and information supporting the experimental data and other functions, balances information exchange between the teachers and students, and experimental project management, fully reflects the integrated platform management thinking, focused on providing a more extensive laboratory management, thus improves the efficiency of laboratory management effectively.Overall, mobile collaborative application system should include:1. Study on system development involved inrelated echnology and development platform, focusing on he choice of the development platform and the use of key technologies.2. Mobile cooperative office system structure, system architecture, functional design and implementation of the framework. This includes system application requirements analysis, system characteristics, technical framework, design and function of the system framework, department of communication systems support, application support and system management, and system interconnection, interoperability and collaborative work to achieve.3. Mobile cooperative office for the detailed design and implementation work. Including its system modules division, the function of each module, database design and implementation details, the key technology required to system achievement , about the technology achivement, for example,in order to support mobile collaboration,search to build suitable methods and mechanisms for multi-user interfaces and efficient event handling.4. The integration application of mobile collaboration office system-the development of mobile collaboration reservation system. Including system description, the system environment and configuration, system application requirements and the overall framework of design, data flow analysis, database design and implementation, the module division and management structure, security and use of powers, the performance impact of factors to achieve .
