Abstract


County economy has become an important cornponent in the national economy;it has a consequential figure in national economy.The county economy is a regional one which occupies large country areas and covers the most majorities of population,making great contribution to our country economic progress.To great extent,its development in future will affect the progress on modernization level and well-off society.So how to develop county economy has been concerned by local government and economists.In recently years.the county economy of Jinxian has been developing quickly,but it has an obvious disparity to cornpare with other developed area.In order to shorten the economic gap,Jinxian should examine developing environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,find potential access and establish new thoughts and strategies for development reasonably and securely.Finally,achieving Chinese-style moderaization and prompting the development of the county economy of Jinxian.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chrdpter one:introduction mainly included the study backgrounds,the meaning of developing county economy,content and method.Chapter two,the meaning of county economy is defined and the relative theories are elaborated.Chapter three analyzed the current situations,existing problems and the reasons.Chapter flour introduced the successful experience of county economy development of Jiangyin and Anxi.Chapter five proposed guiding ideology、strategic goal and developing pattem of county economy of Jinxian.Then, chapter six gived some concrete measures,such as setting the new concept of development,creating adapt circumstance of economy development,adjusting and upgrading industrial structure,developing small towns and so on.I wash this paper would be helpful in promoting the development of county economy of Jinxian.
