Abstract


Land is the basis of the human’s existence and development, and the basic product materials. In spite of the land is the product element or carrier, space condition, land utilization promotes and limits the development of economic. Pearl River Delta is the developed region of higher density towns. But in the district of government, management and administration, because they purchase the economic benefit and the investors achieve the most profit and other factors, in the result, this district becomes the higher rapidity, higher density, more competed but wasted land resource city-town construction pattern. At present, land resource problem has been the key point factors to restrict the Pearl River Delta economic development. Therefore, studying the land utilization problem in the process of urbanization in Pearl River Delta will play a key role of keeping the economic continuance development and land resource continuance utilization in Pearl River Delta even all the Country.This paper makes the land utilization as the point of penetration and expatiates the different urbanization models and land utilization characters in the process of urbanization, and then stresses the analysis of land utilization influencing factor, chooses the land investment, land utilization efficiency, land utilization economic output, land intensive utilization and land logical utilization as the factors of appraisal system, then takes them as the key point and chooses the logical appraisal factors, then breaks up the index and adapts Delphi to get the score of the index, and then establishes the system of integrative appraisal for this district based on above factors, finally, chooses the various towns of Zhongshan City as a demonstration example. This paper achieves the Xiaolan town is the highest land utilization model in Zhongshan City by analysis of the Fuzzy Integrative Appraisal and computing the degree of closing, brings forward the logical land utilization model in the process of urbanization in Pearl River Delta.
