Resently, the influences of tropical cyclone to sea areas near our homeland are more focused on, it’s study on enviroment of marine and meteorology is paid more attentions. While not only sea area near our homeland is roomy and observations to tropical cyclone are lackly, but also obseravations are uncontinuas in time and unequivalent in space. So we need to proceed with limited observations, and build a set of statistical scheme to make data continuas in time and equivalent in space.In this scheme, it’s very important in building of wind filed on sea surface. But it’s disputed to sensitive maximum wind speed radius of tropical cyclone all the while, so there is more subjectiveand experience to confirm the value of maximum wind speed radius. The season is the short of observation, so there is large discrepancy between the computations of significant wave height and observations oftenly. If we can find a way to statistical relationships between central pressure and maximum wind speed radius of tropical cyclone, then we can make the wind field fit to the requitement of computation in the situation of the data about central pressure of tropical cyclone are rich by modern observations. In this way, we can make the values of compution to significant wave height accompany with observations at last. So we will improve our forecating bussinesss to wave field of tropical cyclone.In this paper, I bring forward a statistical formula between central pressure and maximum wind speed radius by the way of statistical technique reasonly which is based on LAGFD mode, and I also discuss the physical and statistical meanings.Furthermore, the rationality of this formula are checked by three processes of tropical cyclone, and it can adjust the wind field and the computation to waves efficiently and reflect the statistical characteristic to a good many tropical cyclones in statistical meanings. We can more comprehend the relationships between central pressure and maximum wind speed radius more by upwards research than before, thus, we can provide referrences for later bussiness by it.
