High school chemistry courses in the curriculum reform in a "three-stage" type of design, in which "three stage" teaching content are important in the basics of chemistry concepts, chemistry courses are important and difficult. Therefore, the chemical concept of the learning process is the "three stages" style. Survey found that, in the curriculum implementation process, the high chemical scores of students declining, many students believe that the concept of compulsory modules too chemical, it is difficult to understand, I do not know how to start when dealing with exercise, it gradually lost confidence and learn chemistry capacity. The compulsory phase of the chemistry teacher also felt a high school freshman poor foundation, it is difficult to teach, speak a few times or do not understand the chemical concepts. Many causes of these phenomena, I think the main reason is the concept of teaching chemistry in high school and compulsory education compulsory stage of improper convergence section. Therefore, the need for high school and compulsory education compulsory stage of convergence of the concept of segment chemistry conduct more comprehensive research.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part of the question, explain the background of research questions, research the status and significance of the study; the second part of the relevant definition of the concept; third part of the stage of compulsory education and compulsory high school basic concepts of chemical analysis; the fourth part of the focus compulsory phase of high school chemistry teaching basic concepts and obligations in the stage of convergence conducted a survey of research and analysis; part V describes the high school stage and obligations compulsory stage of basic concepts of chemistry convergence strategy; the sixth is the experimental study results and conclusions.
