Abstract


This study takes the talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocation education as the study object, summarizes the talent cultivation experiences of Shenyang Institutes of Engineering, abstracts those basic elements of higher engineering vocational education talent cultivation mode, and constructs the talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocational education.This thesis composes five parts. Chapter one:introduction. It expounds the objective, the significance, the train of thought, the method, the innovation and correlation study summarizing. Chapter two:the summary of the study of talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocational education. It includes the definition of the basic concepts, the summary of the characters of talent cultivation of higher engineering vocational education, and the statement of the importance of the adoption of case study method. Chapter three:the introduction on Shenyang Institutes of Engineering talent cultivation, and the summary and revelation of the engineering specialties talent cultivation experiences of Shenyang Institutes of Engineering. Experiences include, clear talent cultivation target, capability-position type specialty and curriculum, paying attention to the combination of theory and practice, and the developed instruction quality evaluation system. Revelations on the successful higher engineering vocation education include clear talent cultivation target is the premise, capability-position type curriculum is the foundation, paying attention to the combination of theory and practice is the efficient path, characteristic double qualified teachers and the developed instruction quality evaluation system is the security. Chapter four: the construction of the talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocational education. It brings forward the four basic elements, including the enactment of talent cultivation target, specialty and course system development, theory and practice combination systemic instruction design and implementation and the construction of security system. And set up the talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocational education accordingly. Chapter five:conclusion. It includes the deficiency and the expectation of the future development direction of this study.The innovation points are the broken of the traditional method of the separately usage of theory study and practice summarizing by combining those two methods—through the observation of the talent cultivation procedures on site, abstracts the basic elements of the talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocational education, and constructs the talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocational education.
