Abstract


In the current objective situation, the specialized teachers of the secondary vocational schools lack the working experience and their professional practice ability is poor. Active exploration and study of "dual-qualified" teachers’ staff construction of Secondary vocational schools can not only enrich the theory of "dual-qualified" teachers’ staff construction of Secondary vocational schools, but also solve the problems of the shortage of "dual-qualified" teachers. It has great significance in deepening the secondary vocational schools teachers’ management and strengthening the service function of Secondary vocational schools for the local economy.This paper is from the actual conditions of China’s secondary vocational education .It uses literature research positively to summarize the domestic and foreign "dual-qualified" teachers research theory results and it also uses the international experience of the "dual-qualified" teachers’ staff construction for reference. Then it scientifically defines the "dual-qualified" teachers from two aspects----- "quality" and "qualifications".This paper uses the methods of interview and questionnaire investigation to investigate the current situation of the secondary vocational schools "dual-qualified" teachers’ staff construction in S city W district and it deeply analyzes the existing problems and the root. And with the using of teachers’ professional theory and teachers independent development theory, the paper puts forward the basic strategy of the secondary vocational schools " dual-qualified" teachers’ staff construction such as "system construction strategy", "scientific management strategy", "the school-enterprise cooperation strategy" and "part-time teachers development strategy" and so on. The innovation of this research lies in:(A)Pay attention to the sustainable development of the identified "dual-qualified" teachers and emphasize on the subsequent management.(B)Explore the strategy of the school-enterprise cooperation to train "dual-qualified" teachers and deepen the school-enterprise cooperation further more.(C)Pay more attention to the professional independent development of the professional teachers and emphasize on the unity between the school’s development and the personal development.
