This paper concerns in the era of knowledge and economy, booming changes in the transition of society and education reform under the background of popularization of technical education,has become more and more huge secondary vocational school students groups in the process of social interaction in a range of interpersonal problems.We will take the technical secondary school of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province as an example to study the social interaction of the students.Survey results show that the secondary vocational school student’s interpersonal problems of the social background is as rapid education reforms and social mobility and development of whole education orientation and the change of belief.This is the framework of vocational school students in strong social discrimination act. This is our understanding of secondary vocational school students’ interpersonal problem is a importantly cut point. Investigation still shows, psychological obstacles and problems in interpersonal interaction reciprocal causation.Interpersonal communication is the way of interpersonal relationships,the cause of the interpersonal communication problem is the direct cause of the change of interpersonal relationship,interpersonal relationship is the interpersonal motion states and one measure of index,interpersonal relationship imbalance on interpersonal communication with "red light" warning function,interpersonal relationship is the individual self and other’s interaction of an embodiment . This is we understand and solve the problem of secondary vocational school students interpersonal communication the important way of the problem.On this basis, we can further understand the microstructure of a series of secondary vocational school students’interpersonal problems and find out the feasible countermeasure.
