Abstract


With the entrance to WTO, Chinese construction industry is facing new opportunitiesand challenges never met before. Construction engineering quality is vital for constructioncompanies.The paper introduces how to improve the management level of productionimplementation in the constructing process of the water supply system and drainage system,in accordance with the requirement for standard ISO9001 (International standardorganization). We adapt the "process method" principle of the ISO9001 standard to themanagementl of constructing enterprises.The constructing course of the water supply system and drainage system can bedivided to five sub-processes in accordance with "process method ", including requirementidentificating, plan making, material purchasing, constructing,checking and delivering.According to requirements of the standard ISO9001,we can manage efficiently the wholecourse of product implementation in the constructing process of the water supply systemand drainage system.
