Abstract


In our country, actual budget accounting is adjust accounts and response and supervise administration unit of budget especially the center of performing accounting.It is important that budget accounting protects the security of common property and consolidate management of finance budget accounting and carry out macroscopically economic policy in our country.But, with the development of economy and the change of government function, it is difficult to satisfy requirement of users for existing information of budget accounting. So budget accounting must be innovated.In recent 20 years, thought it is always innovating in our country for budget accounting and obtains more important achievement. A lot of steps are adopted by government to promote governmental accounting developing.Because of politics, economy, finance, budget system and history, it is more difference between China and other countries or organizations. But they can’t adapt to politics, economy finance and culture environment in our country. So we must learn experience and technique from other countries and set up the system of government accounting adapting to our country.
