Abstract


With the rapid development of science and technology, the popularity of computer-related hardware, and users use the computer level, the use of computer network technology, the use of electronic document management system into the use of digital office has been widely used. The government agencies and enterprises are using this form of document management. Document management technology is an important part of e-government public is that all units to increase efficiency and establish an important means of achieving the image. However, some units do not fit the actual needs of its own electronic document management system, not to resolve this problem, so of a TV transmission system, electronic document management system will improve the level of document management has a very important significance.Electronic document transmission management system optimizes the traditional manual document transmission management, with a fast, confidentiality, publishing and sharing of knowledge, workflow collaboration, not lost, layout specifications and other features, a comprehensive automated management Improve labor productivity, improve service, reduce waste of resources, etc., have great potential and broad prospects for development, to adapt to the future development of society.This paper documents from the traditional layout printing, package set, manual transmission or sent by mail and other documents such as management, it describes the shortcomings of traditional manual management and the advantages of electronic document management, electronic document describes the development of transport management system for the background, analysis electronic document transmission system characteristics, in-depth study of key technologies and analysis, put forward a complete, true and effective and feasible solutions. System uses the relational database system using object-oriented database system theory for system data management, Dataset constitute a combination of XML documents. This paper studies the content and results: First, the use of electronic document transmission management system for the purpose, significance and trends; secondly, describes the system development using the software and hardware of the theory, technology and applications of the system had developed a detailed requirements analysis and system architecture design, design defines the problem space and task management, the functionality of the system proposed objectives; Finally, the systems development process are also summarized, limitations and prospects.
