Abstract


China since the late 1970s began to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) , as of the end of 2006 , the cumulative amount of the actual use of foreign investment of up to $ 685.429 billion . The entry of foreign direct investment is not only to promote sustained economic growth in our country , but also to improve the quality of China's economic growth . With the further development of economic globalization , FDI by more and more attention , FDI technology spillovers also become a hot topic . On the basis of the results of previous studies , the first from the theoretical level depth exploration of the FDI industry the technology spillovers factors and the internal mechanism . Secondly , through the establishment of model tests and analysis of Chinese high-tech industry panel data to explore the existence of FDI technology spillovers industry characteristics as well as market structure and technology gap FDI technology spillovers . Finally, summarize the results of regression analysis , pointed out that in the process of China 's high-tech industry to attract foreign capital , should not be too much focus on the number and size of the introduction of foreign capital , but should be more focus on management science , operations specification , related industries development play a good drive and promote the role of foreign-funded enterprises ; same time , targeted to specific policy recommendations .
