Abstract


Credit trading is highly developed market economy inevitable and inherent requirement. As a new credit card bank credit and payment instruments has become to improve the efficiency of social payments, reduce transaction costs and improve transaction security important payment instruments. And with the traditional banking business profit margins continue to shrink, the credit card as a kind of intermediary business is domestic and foreign banks as a new profit growth point. With the credit card business in our country's rapid development and issuance volume of the \With the credit card business in the further development of our country, as well as domestic and foreign banks increased competition, learn how to make effective the advanced experience of foreign banks and technology, establishment of China's actual credit card business risk control measures to ensure the credit card business in China's commercial banks healthy and stable development, has become the focus of China's commercial banks. Therefore, by analyzing the risk of commercial bank credit card business causes, establish a sound risk control mechanism for resolving the risk of commercial bank credit card business has very important significance. This paper first introduces the definition of credit card business risks, characteristics, types and reasons for the formation of the credit card business risk management theory are outlined. Credit card business from our existing mode of operation, management status, management process and risk management problems analyzed in terms of commercial bank credit card business risk of the formation of reason and learn from the U.S. credit card business risk management experience and advanced mode.
