Abstract


The purpose of vascular injury due to the endodermis integrity faults in the subsequent neointimal hyperplasia process plays an important role. Therefore, the re-endothelialization is a determining factor in inhibiting neointimal hyperplasia. The experimental observation granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (granulocyte-colony stimulating factor, G-CSF) mobilization of circulating CD34 cells accelerate rat injured artery re-endothelialization, thereby inhibiting neointimal hyperplasia effect. Methods SD rats were divided into a treatment group and a control group (n = 20). The treatment group received a subcutaneous injection of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (100μg/kg), 1 times / d, a total of 8d. Subcutaneous injection of normal saline control group. The the ④ the the vascular intimal of CD31 and vWF cell: after balloon injury 28d, the intima of the treatment group was close to the continuous complete CD31 and vWF cell coverage control group intimal only see sporadic CD31 scattered with vWF cells. Conclusion granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can promote rats after vascular injury in peripheral blood CD34 cell expression and intimal endothelium and inhibit neointimal hyperplasia.
