Abstract


In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, social processes, \And the development of modern agriculture an important issue must be resolved, and that is the problem of rural funding. The currently established village banks can not solve the low coverage of rural financial institutions with banking outlets, lack of financial supply, inadequate competition and other issues, how to improve the operating efficiency of the rural banks to increase the coverage of rural banks to effectively improve rural financial services way. Analysis of the characteristics of a rural bank this paper, the definition of village banks and concluded: The essence of rural banks and rural commercial banks and has a unique regional characteristics. This paper analyzes the Grameen Bank and Community Bank of the United States, combined with China's national conditions to find the country can learn from the experience. Come to our village banks target rural services and profitability by rural banks and foreign, which is two kinds of contradictory goals, restricting the continued development of the rural banks.
