Abstract


Objective: This study TCM syndrome and platelet membrane P -selectin (CD 62P ) Determination by patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis (chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG) , which explored disease TCM syndrome and platelet membrane P-selectin (CD 62P ) or some relevance to understand the relationship between the different syndromes CAG and stasis in the treatment of CAG added blood circulation drugs of traditional Chinese medicine , as appropriate , to provide a theoretical basis . MATERIALS AND METHODS: 106 patients selected CAG patients dialectical divided into 21 cases of disharmony of liver and certificates , stomach Deficiency card, Spleen , stomach yin deficiency , blood stasis stomach meridian five groups and the normal control group , each group one-way ANOVA , observed CAG Syndromes and CD 62P level relationship . Results: The six groups of CD 62P values ??in the order as follows: the the stomach meridian stasis group> stomach Deficiency group > Stomach yin deficiency group > SSDH > disharmony of liver and Groups > normal control group . Compared to the CAG five normal control group had very significant difference ( P <0.01 ) ; between SSDH stomach yin deficiency group had no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion: CD 62P levels in CAG patients showed high expression of CD 62P for CAG microscopic blood stasis dialectical one of the reference index ; the CAG patients ubiquitous blood stasis phenomenon , therefore , appropriate treatment should be supplemented by the blood circulation of goods , you can achieve better efficacy .
