Abstract


The core of the \The income situation of farmers is a comprehensive reflection of a country's economic development level and the degree of market-oriented. At present, in China's special economic system of the \Farmers' income increase, not only related to the interests of farmers and rural development, is also directly related to the effectiveness of building a harmonious society in the new period. In many strategy of promoting the growth of farmers' income, urbanization is a major strategy for China's economic and social development, urbanization road is an important way to solve the \Zhejiang Province, in the context of the accelerating process of urbanization, the way to study the growth of farmers' income through the perspective of rural financial support is necessary and unavoidable urgent problem. This paper hopes to analyze the impact of the growth of farmers' income from these two aspects of the level of urbanization in Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang Province in rural financial development. This article summarize and draw on the research literature scholars have proposed their own research directions and research methods. Elaborate mechanism of impact between the underlying theory and the development of rural finance, urbanization and growth of farmers 'income, combined with the actual status of Zhejiang Province, the level of urbanization, rural finance development and farmers' income, uses historical data to an empirical test, and The test results were evaluated, growth, broaden and improve farmers' income channels to provide a reference value of the policies and proposals to promote the income of the farmers in Zhejiang Province. Come to enhance farmers' ability to save in the long-term trend growth of farmers' income has certain positive role, to become one of the important factors of farmers' income, because of the improvement of farmers' savings to invest more in the farmers' own education, skills training and productive fixed assets; rural credit to farmers' income have positive effects, but it is not obvious in the short term, this is mainly because of the imperfections of the rural financial system in Zhejiang Province as well as poor environmental; raise the level of urbanization in the short term may not be conducive to the increase of farmers 'income, but has a more significant role in promoting the long-term trend, which shows the effects of urbanization development of farmers' income has a certain time lag, but reasonable urbanization process still conducive to promoting Zhejiang Province, the growth of farmers' income. Followed by analysis based on 1995-2008 panel data of 11 prefecture-level city in Zhejiang Province, the panel unit root test, panel cointegration tests, panel DOLS analysis of rural finance development and urbanization of 11 prefecture-level city in Zhejiang Province how it affects farmers 'incomes regional disparities research found that the development of rural financial impact on farmers' income areas with a higher level of urbanization relative Therefore, reasonable urbanization process, the regional government needs to play a policy-oriented role to promote rural financial resources science configuration makes the balance of the process of urbanization and rural financial development can be more conducive to the promotion of farmers' income.
