Abstract


Inner Mongolia Allium (Allium L.) plants a total of 37 species, 4 varieties and 2 forms , mainly in Inner Mongolia Plateau Central, East and its surrounding mountains. Mongolians in the understanding and use of wild Allium has accumulated a wealth of traditional knowledge and experience. Based on the study of wild plants in Inner Mongolia Allium ethnobotany , based on the analysis of measurement and evaluation of the main types of food value , and Mongolia leek leaves were tissue culture attempts. The results showed that collected 38 Mongolian folk names correspond to 12 wild species of Allium , indicating that the Mongolian name Allium diversity ; Inner Mongolian traditional edible Allium total of 10 kinds of wild plants , edible way and methods varied , with some national characteristics ; Mongolian folk medicinal Allium total of eight kinds of wild plants , mainly to dietary therapy among ; Allium attaches great importance to the use of the Mongolian wild grass , as there are six types of special feeds species ; Allium often wild in Mongolia folk songs, poetry , folk taboos which , showing the diversity of plant diversity and cultural relations . Yellow onion, scallion white , Mongolia leek , alkali grasses and wild leek , Allium Egeria mountain leek and young leaves contain a certain amount of vitamin C; wild chives sauce is rich in nutrients, especially vitamin content types is relatively high . From Mongolia leek tissue culture test results, with the natural growth of leaves is more difficult callus induction rate of only 52.38% . Mongolians use of traditional knowledge of wild plants Allium has significant scientific, rational , practical and ethnic characteristics of the wild plants of the genus Inner rational exploitation and conservation of important data.
