Abstract


ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect and safety of HuangJiangSu Capsule tocoronary angina pectoris(pattern of Qi stagnation and blood stasis), and exp-lore the mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic applica-tion.Methods1 Clinical data: All the patients came from HubeiHospital of TCM, from Se-ptember 8,2005 to April 27,2006. A total of 80 patients were randomly divi-ded into two groups:Treatment group(50 cases) and Comparsion group(30cases). All of the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs conform to the diagno-sis standard of angina pectoris and at the same time,conform to the pattern ofQi stagnation and blood stasis. There was no significant difference in generalclinical data between the patienta of the two groups.2 The medcinal usage: The patients in treatment group were cured withHuangJiangSu Capsule orally 2 pills each time, 3 times a day,and controlle-dgroup were taken DiAoXinXueKangCapsule orally 2 pills each time,3 times aday. One period of treatment was 4 weeks. During the course, other drugsthat would have an effect on the result were forbidden. The serious one couldtake Nitroglycerin in need.3 The curative effect and safety observation and test: For all the patients, general conditions, angina pectoris symptoms,symptoms and signs of TCM,the usage of Nitroglycerin and the safety of the drugs were all observed. Inaddition, blood route, urine route, stool route, liver and kidney functions a-nd ECG were tested before and after the treatment.4 The Stat.method: The data was analyzed after observation.The countmaterials was examined with Chi-square test; the measuring materials with no-rmal distribution was examined with T-test and not with Wilcoxon rank test.Result1 The clinical curative effect of angina pectoris symptoms:The treatme-nt group:obvious effective rate 44.0% progressive rate 48.0%, total effectiverate 92.0%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 33.3%,progressiverate 40.0%, total effective rate 73.3%. The total effecttive rate of the treatme -nt group was better than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).2 Electrocardiogram:The treatment group: obvious effective rate 20.0%, progressive rate 26.0%, total effective rate 46.0%; The controlled group:obvious effective rate 16.67%, progressive rate 26.67%, total effective rate 43.34%.The effect of the treatment group was not obviously better than that ofthe controlled group (P＞0.05).3 The therapeutic efficiency of symptoms and signs: The treatment gro--up: clincical curative rate 12.0%,obvious effective rate 30.0%, curative-obviousrate 42.0%; The controlled group: clincical curative rate 6.67%,obvious effe-ctive rate 13.33%,cure obvious rate 20.0%. The curative-obvious rate of thetreatment group was better than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).4 The ceased-reduced rate of using Nitroglycerin: The treatment group: ceased rate 52.0%, reduced rate 18.0%, controlled rate 70.0%; The contr-olled group: ceased rate 53.33%, reduced rate 26.67%, controlled rate 80.0%. There was no obvious difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).5 Treadmill ECG: There were no significant difference about that betwee-n two groups (P＞0.05).6 Improved individual symptoms: There were no significant differenceabout that between two groups (P＞0.05).7 The badness and side-effect: There were no badness and side-effectsin both groups.ClusionThis study proved that HuangJiangSu Capsule has a definite effect on coronary angina pectoris, which can relieve clinical symptoms and improve sympto-ms and signs of TCM.In a word, HuangJiangSu Capsule has a good prospec-t for clinic and could be widely used.
