Abstract


The archival information construction focused on archival resources integration is an important foundation of archival undertaking. It is the important measures for appeasing public information needs , enhancing integrated archives function , revoluting archival management system. Analyzing the actuality and the difficulties that faced in the driving process of archival resources integration at the present stage is the top priority.The research of archives business development based on archival resources integration promote archival resources integration and neeessary for archives .The article firstly analyzes the connotation , theoretical basis and significance of the“integral archives”.Secondly, discussing the actuality and the difficulties that faced in the driving process of archival resources integration at the present stage. Construct an ideal archival resources integrated framework based on the“integral archives”.And analyzes the realize mode, implement barriers and safeguard system of archival resources integration. Finally the the article discusses the direction,expand boundary, mechanism for the archives business development.
