Abstract


The international trade in service developed dramatically fast after the Second World War. On one hand, the growth rate of the turnover of the international trade in service continued to be on a high level. On the other hand, the role of the international trade in service in the territory of the international trade was becoming more and more important. Correspondingly, the contracts for the international trade in service acquired obvious developments in the aspects of types and contents. But in the law science community, there are little special researches on the contracts for the international trade in service up to now. Besides, in the whole legal system of the international trade in service, the legal institution of the contracts for the international trade in service had not yet formed into a self-contained system.The legal institution of the contracts for the international trade in service plays an extremely important role in the legal system of the international trade in service; it has a great meaning to do some special researches on the contracts for the international trade in service both theoretically and practically.The contracts for the international trade in service were discussed as a stand-alone research subject in this paper. The first part of this thesis is about the concept and specificities of the contracts for the international trade in service, the second part is about the evolution, types and the main articles of the contracts for the international trade in service, the last part is about the legal system related to the contracts for the international trade in service.
