Abstract


University graduates as a special group, about to go social. At the same time, the integrity has increased from a personal moral quality performance for social prerequisite requirements for qualified members of society. Integrity of employment of university students study theory analysis of more, less empirical research, and the lack of appropriate measurement tools. Therefore, the preparation of the Graduate Employment honesty scale to reveal the status of employment of university students integrity, and to understand the characteristics of their the employment integrity mental and behavior in order to provide a basis for education, it is of great significance. Theoretical assumptions of this study, based on the literature review, open questionnaire proposed integrity of the Graduate Employment Questionnaire, and the integrity of the employment of university students prepared on the basis of a questionnaire. Self questionnaire data analysis of the Graduate Employment integrity level of the status quo and differences in various background variables on. In addition, this study also the integrity of the employment of university students and professional values ??of relationship, and make a few suggestions for the cultivation of college students' employment integrity.
