Abstract


However along with the enterprise’s rapid development, information level greatly enhanced and the business operation become more and more detailed, new business cooperation which cross enterprise or cross industry come about, gradually the traditional ERP system can’t meet the demand of the new business management. Now it is unable for original ERP management modes to survive in the context of e-commerce. Collaboration business, the latest form of e-commerce, has helped to bring about the birth of NERP. Compared with traditional ERP, NERP system emphasizes‘collaboration business and application integration’. It needs to realize the compact system integration in the enterprise, as well as collaboration business via the Internet with customers, suppliers and partners so as to realize system integration and information sharing among different enterprises.At the same time, most original ERP systems are designed for ordinarily operation flow, its ordinarily functions are spacious. But mediocre ERP management system cannot entirely suit for the especial requirement of each enterprise and need be devised again and again. Followed its actual operation flow, the management soft system for especial enterprise should be especially designed.In order to solve these problems, Web service can be applied to NERP system to realize integration both in and out the enterprise in the collaboration business environment. With the construction of a NERP system integration model on the basis of web services, traditional enterprise integration mode can be replaced by the dynamic integration when using NERP system in enterprises. Logistic management system is the most important part for ERP system. In an ERP project, an ERP logistic management system for one chemical enterprise is designed. In the enterprise’s Internet/Intranet environment, the difficult problem which the original system and the new business components needs to integrate in the especial enterprise is solved, through the key technique based on Web service, such as describing, encapsulation, registration and issuance. In this way, application of NERP system integration can be realized in application environments, as well as connection and collaboration among the enterprise, customers, suppliers, and partners. By researching the technology, analyzing the system and realizing the design for enterprise’s NERP Logistic management system, it shows that NERP system can conveniently realize‘collaboration business and application integration’with the new form of e-commerce.
