This thesis: discuss the indicators topics (subject, as defined in Chapter 2) consultation portfolio evaluation, set according to the the multicriteria party disagreement indicators, the establishment of from the the evaluators individual rationality and consultation evaluators collective rationality coordination angle model, to seek multi consistent relative satisfaction index set; discuss the multi-weight issue negotiation combination evaluation problem-solving method, find the satisfaction of the evaluation of the right to re-evaluate design through the evaluation process asymptotically stable; postal company in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example of consultation combination evaluation method for testing and analysis. Finally, to summarize the work and contribution of this article, and pointed out the limitations of this study and directions for further research.
