Abstract


The growth of high-tech enterprises is the core issues , evaluation of the growth of high-tech enterprises is a key research enterprise growth problems . The growth is not only related to the life and death of the high-tech enterprises , the country and the majority of investors pay close attention to the problem . How the growth of high-tech enterprises in Shenyang City , Shenyang City, the company's overall growth and future potential for economic growth may reflect to some extent . Therefore , the evaluation of the growth of high-tech enterprises has important theoretical and practical significance . This article focuses on considering the growth of internal factors affecting the high-tech enterprises , from the four aspects of the capability of independent innovation , enterprise scale capacity , human resource capacity and business ability to establish evaluation index system . Paper selected in the objective assignment Law - entropy method to determine the index weight . And through the analysis of the evaluation of the growth , the choice of a gray comprehensive evaluation method , combined with the idea of analytic hierarchy process , a systematic evaluation of the scale more than 152 high-tech enterprises in Shenyang City . Based on in -depth analysis of five aspects of the overall high-tech enterprises in Shenyang City , the capability of independent innovation , enterprise scale capacity , human resource capacity and business capabilities to identify factors affect the healthy growth of high-tech enterprises in Shenyang City including low R \u0026 D investment , the proportion of R \u0026 D personnel , authorized patents less , fewer personnel graduate education , corporate training cost investment . Finally, to promote the healthy growth of high-tech enterprises in Shenyang City, countermeasures and suggestions to improve related policies to create an environment for the establishment of financing channels , build talent mechanisms and implementation of intellectual property strategy .
