Abstract


For domestic enterprises, technological innovation capability are the foundation of the subsistence and the power for sustainable development. As external resources, FDI’s technology spillovers play an important part in improving technological innovation capability of domestic enterprises. Therefore, the research is very important for using FDI’s technology spillovers and improving its technological innovation capability, on mechanism of FDI’s technology spillovers affecting technological innovation capability of domestic enterprises. This article will integrate some key elements such as FDI’s technology spillovers, intellectual capital and technological innovation capability into one framework, and analyze relations between the elements by empirical research methods. The results in this article will be beneficial to domestic enterprises.Firstly, this article analyzes the theoretics about FDI’s technology spillovers, intellectual capital and technological innovation capability, and defines the researching elements. Secondly, it constructs the conceptual model of FDI’s technology spillovers affecting technological innovation capability of domestic enterprises, and proposes the related hypotheses about the relations between the researching elements. Thirdly, it defines metrics of the researching elements, devises the questionnaire, conduct the questionnaire survey, analyzes the survey data, and test the conceptual model and related hypotheses. Finally, it analyzes the researching results, and explains the significance to the practice of domestic enterprises.
