Abstract


Grain problem is crucial to people, and to implement the agricultural industrialization is the basic way for the development of the agricultural industry. Recently, government pays much more attention to the agricultural industrialization, and the agricultural industrialization has gained some development. However, the application researches of the agricultural industrialization problems are still feeble.This thesis points out that although A Rice Co., Ltd. has accumulated a lot of successful experience on agricultural industrialization during recent ten years, there are some remarkable problems which resulted in unconspicuous benefit and contribution to social economy in it.The thesis is in the form of case to introduce and to analyze the development strategy of A Rice Co., Ltd.. In the case part, it introduces the overall situation and recent development strategy of A Rice Co., Ltd., and it also describes the difficulties and strategy adjustment when A Rice Co., Ltd. faces to domestic grain markets. In the case analysis part, it adopts PEST analysis method and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the macroscopic environment and market competition status, and it also adopts SWOT method and strategic position-action evaluation matrix analysis method to analyze the deficiency of recent strategy. It makes sure the development orientation of A Rice Co., Ltd.. This thesis ensures the mission and strategic object of A company, and concretely analyzes the development strategy from company level and function level respectively. Furthermore, it presents the strategy sustaining system and strategy guarantee measure correspondingly.
