Abstract


Along with the development of technology and social productivity, great changes have been seen in politics, economic, and social environment of the world. After we entered WTO, the internationalization of economics has been further accelerated. In such circumstances, the purchasing departments shoulder more and more responsibilities. Strengthening purchasing and provider management as well as reducing purchasing and stock cost are becoming important approaches for enterprises to increase profits and promote competitive ability.JSCN company as a telecommunications service supplier in the face of changing competitive environment, gradually exposed procurement backward, inefficient procurement, and fail to in-depth cooperation with supplier.So rapidly push JSCN supply chain management under the scientific Purchase, integration and full use of the internal management of the company’s various and useful resources, improving and optimizing vendor product management flow is becoming a critical, urgent and practical subject.. The thesis faced to JSCN corporate purchasing and supplier management related issues that exist, based on inventory of basic theory of the procurement supply chain management, and supplier stock managements. The company’s VMI management strategy JSCN implementation process, and then provides an important theoretical basis to meet the procurement JSCN Management of the implementation strategy and the improve of supplier management, at last, it gives the important theoretical basis which make JSCN company cut down cost, impove efficiency and develop continuously.
