Abstract


In the deepening of economic globalization , companies are increasingly changing internal and external business environment , the challenge increasingly difficult . In this complex environment , enterprises in the fierce competition to win, you must have a clear and appropriate corporate strategies. Corporate strategy is the enterprise survival and development direction , there is no right strategy for guiding the development of enterprises must be blind, disorderly, and vitality will not last long. In this paper, the status of domestic and foreign research family businesses in the Strategic Review of the management of the relevant theory is proposed based on the research methods and articles framework , then , combined with the advantages and disadvantages family business , the company's development process from the actual Seattle , analyzes the Seattle company 's overall operating performance, the company's strengths as well as the difficulties faced by the troubled development of the company to find out the reasons ; against Seattle in the company's overall strategic analysis , from the external environment , the industry environment and internal environment three aspects of a systematic study , using SWOT analysis , macro- environmental analysis (PEST), EFE \\ IFE analysis, analysis of Seattle company's strengths , weaknesses , opportunities and challenges ; combined Seattle company's development process and its own characteristics as a family business , select the appropriate strategy, and combined with the actual , proposed the development of an effective strategic programs ; Finally, the Seattle company's strategic management and effective implementation of proposed countermeasures.
