After years of development and application, ERP system has become the world’s enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises in the most important application of information system platforms. But how can a more scientific evaluation of ERP systems to bring the efficiency of enterprises, which became the company pay more attention to the problem.KT, a typical avionics as a domestic manufacturing enterprises, is facing fierce competition in the market, but also faced with the internal management of innovation pressure. How to understand the effectiveness of ERP system implementation and problems, and thereby to promote enterprise reform and innovation, which is the KT’s problems to be solved. KT Corporation hopes to carry out assessment of ERP applications to study the development of ERP systems to KT’s business development strategy and future ability to adapt and to follow up other important information system implementation and evaluation of experience and references.This paper introduces the development history of ERP,the ERP application and evaluation studies conducted a comprehensive analysis of the status quo; went on to KT’s status, information technology strategy and application of ERP systems was discussed and pointed out the company’s ERP project application characteristics; then KT companies external competitive environment analysis and SWOT analysis,SWOT analysis carried out according to a strategic match and key factor analysis,combined with the implementation of ERP systems,ERP project to build the application of KT’s evaluation system; according to the assessment system,using multi-level analysis and fuzzy evaluation method, KT,ERP project to evaluate practice; Finally,according to findings presented KT,ERP project suggestions for improvement.In this paper, the research process,using the strategic management,project management,enterprise innovation, lean manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, information technology related management theories and ideas,using WORK-OUT analysis,qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,comparative analysis,expert opinion method The survey method and many other research and analysis methods, including the use of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Five Forces Competitive Analysis, SWOT analysis, including a variety of mathematical statistical methods and management tools.This paper’s findings and conclusions of the project follow-up for KT, the implementation of ERP and enterprise business process improvement has a strong guidance and practical significance, while for domestic enterprises, particularly in aviation electronics manufacturing enterprises of the ERP project evaluation provides a valuable blueprint for .
