Along with the rapid development of network technology and multimedia technology, multimedia data is becoming an important source of access to information, and become an important part of people's lives. How to transfer large amounts of multimedia information and how to protect their security has become a hot research topic in the international arena. Digital image compression technology and digital image encryption technology came into being, and is widely applied to various fields of multimedia, communications, medicine, and so on. See both in the field of science and technology, it is still showing its strong vitality and development potential. This article discusses the digital image compression and digital image encryption technology. The first part focuses on digital image compression technology. First, a common digital image compression technology. Found in the image compression method, there is growing attention in recent years to choose a different compression method for image classification. Image contours of human understanding and distinguish things, but also from a visual point of view to maximize the elimination visual redundancy, so the image contour lines become very important. Then, the binarization processing in the digital image and the binary image compression standard JBIG2. Finally, the binary image compression algorithm based on image contour lines. The algorithm for the basic contours lossy compression and lossless compression. The experimental results of this algorithm in a straight line, especially slash segment compression has obvious advantages. Should consider lossy compression, the compression ratio of the basic lines are better than JBIG2, and possible ways for the future to provide a description of the texture image feature lines. The second part focuses on digital image encryption technology. The digital image encryption from the early classic encryption theory, which aims to be a given image according to a certain transformation rules in the spatial domain or frequency domain transform it to a chaotic image so as to hide the image itself. In many encryption algorithms, scrambling transformation is a method of digital image encryption studied widely. In this paper, given the basic method of scrambling transformation after a converted image encryption scheme based on digital logic. The program gives simultaneously achieve two digital image coding transformation matrix defined, the general configuration mode. And proved the correctness of the original image is restored by the encoding matrix, Uniqueness and get the least upper bound of image coding. With the full implementation of the logical XOR operation, the encoding and decoding speed. Coding scheme with the diversity of randomness and change, and a strong value in the fields of military and banking.
