Abstract


In 20th century people obtained from natural resources far exceeding the natural resources load capacity and ecosystem carrying capacity in the creation of material civilization, and thus for their own excesses suffered its consequences. Environmental problems have long been a common world Concern. Sustainable development has become a world trend, developing recycling Classics is an important way to achieve sustainable development, and the most important way to promote circulation is the construction of eco-industrial parks. However, in the industrial park, the enterprise is not only the mutual cooperation in a single chain, but also is the dynamic competing relationship between the trans-chain. Through cooperation in the pursuit of obtaining more than their own "independent" or "opposite" operations interest,there is a variety of risk in supply chain subject to various non-deterministic factors, Therefore, it is very essential to study the risk transfer mechanism and the control of the model.The object of this paper is risk transfer and control measures in a single supply source of eco-industrial park supply chain. Mainly based on the ecological park business cluster theory, analyze the single supply source of supply chain risk factors and the risk transfer model, then introduce the risk control mode from the partners mechanism, the supply chain of information incentives and asymmetric distribution of benefits of risk management mechanisms on the supply chain. Finally, the paper take the Tashan mine ecological industrial park as an example, describes its current situation and the ecological park planning, then apply research results described earlier in this chapter and summarize the risk of targeted preventive measures.
