Abstract


Sales system well demonstrates sales capacity and level of an enterprise. With ever growing market competition, the exploration of perfecting and optimize the sales system of Heilongjiang Provincial Postal Service Company is of great importance in adjusting its business structure, finding better ways of developing postal service and enhancing its competitiveness.This paper, after reading and surveying large quantity of materials in market sales theories, the construction of sales system, postal reform and the construction of postal sales system in China, attempts to systematically analyze the market sales environment of Heilongjiang Provincial Postal Service Company, status quo of present day sales system, and problems in the system. Based on the“Three Models of Sales System”which was put forward by National Postal Service Group, the paper proposes a plan of optimizing the sales system of Heilongjiang Provincial Postal Service Company. It is a strategic move called“Construction of Closed Sales System”focusing on the province-wide chain system of product development, sales, following-up service and back to development– the circling system.“Changing viewpoints of traditional sales practice”means to substitute product-oriented everybody-in sales model with market-oriented adjusted sales model. The new sales system is not just a sales system. It is an integral managerial system like a spire circling up. It involves experts and specialists from different disciplines with focus on the product its function to meet the market needs, its sales as checks and feedback as evaluation. In fact, the system is like a closed chain trying to systematically linking all parts together so that it functions fully. It is a systematic project, the best way of changing ways of development, developing China’s postal service and bracing fast growth of postal economy. The system helps to make Heilongjiang Provincial Postal Service Company much more competitive, and drive it in better and faster way of development.
