Abstract


In the age of knowledge economy, the high-tech enterprises are facing intense market competition, market environment are uncertainty. The survival and development of enterprises require of financial management can respond to the uncertainties and changes effectively. As high-tech enterprises with high risk characteristics, the traditional financial management can not fully adapt to the development of high-tech enterprises, so it is essential to reform the financial management of high-tech enterprise. Firstly the financial management and flexible financial management theories are reviewed in the thesis, and analysis the characteristics of high-tech enterprises’financial management based on the retrospection. Then combined with the financial management of content, from five aspects, such as the financial budget, funding management, investment management, working capital management and income distribution, analyses the maneuverability of high-tech enterprises carry out the flexible financial management. Finally, select the case to analyses the implementation of flexible financial management of high-tech enterprises.
