Abstract


Tourism landscape real estate is the combination of tourism and real estate. Theme park traveling landscape real estate is an important part of tourism real estate.?Theme park traveling landscape real estate includes internal and external landscape real estate.?But by means of theme parks traveling landscape real estate study, we found that current academic research focuses on the outside of the theme park, with the whole theme of culture and attraction.? However, there are rare few research achievements on the tourism landscape real estate inside of the theme park.? This article takes the theme park internal traveling landscape real estate as the object of study, utilizes for the first time the value engineering law in the traveling landscape real estate, and studies the new angle of view for the landscape real estate.Value engineering law by analyzing the function and the cost of traveling landscape real estate, promotes to enhance the real estate’s function, and to achieve the purpose to enhance the value.?In this paper, we would study the Euramerican Town of Suzhou Amusement Land as an example, and try to build a function system by using value engineering law. On this basis, we would evaluate the value of Euramerican Town of Suzhou Amusement Land, put forward a design to upgrade its’value.The results show that value engineering law applies to the theme park traveling landscape real estate in favor of landscape features to enhance tourism,to provide a new development ideas for the theme park operators, to enhance the function of the theme park traveling landscape real estate, and to achieve better value.
