After screening, finally chooses pyrogallic acid and tannic acid to take the yellow iron ore the highly effective depressant, carries on the copper sulfur artificial ore mixture the flotation separation experiment and the actual ore copper sulfur flotation separation experiment, and has carried on the action mechanism analysis.Through Minal the experiment Indicated that, When pyrogallic acid and tannic acid combination use, Floatability the influence is not big to the chalocopyrite, but the yellow iron ore Surfacing the boat rate is only 12.39%. Through the mode experiment Indicated that, Compares with the traditional lime craft, the low alkalinity copper sulfur separates in the craft copper-concentrated ore the gold personal status to enhance 1.24 g/t, the recovery enhances7.74%; The silver personal status raises 4.56g/t, the silver recovery enhances 6.18%; The molybdenum personal status raises 0.145%, the molybdenum recovery enhances 35.29%.The findings indicated that, Under the pulp pH 7~8 low alkali environment, the pyrogallic acid and tannic acid is the yellow iron ore highly effective depressant, increases the few pyrogallic acid and tannic acid in the copper sulfur flotation separation process to ferment not only to be able successfully to realize the low alkalinity non-lime copper sulfur separation, moreover is also advantageous to the gold, the silver, the molybdenum, the cobalt and so on the associated valuable component synthesis recycling. Is advantageous to cleanly produces and reduces the dressing cost, was the complex polymetallic sulphide ore flotation separation has provided the new method and the theory basis, had the important reference value in the fundamental research and the production application.
