Abstract


Along with the economical globalization, the enterprise faced with the intense domestic and foreign competitions, the market demand diversifies day by day, but the traditional volume-production management pattern has not been able nimbly to adapt the change of market demand, this kind of production method which produces goods for the stock causes the enterprise to endure the serious backlog baggage. In this situation, the advanced management idea, "Just in Time, JIT", which produces goods for the demand arises at the historic moment. And the issue, how to bring this JIT pattern into the multi-varieties small batch enterprises, has become an urgent problem we must face and solve. Though the research of this topic, we hope to do some beneficial research on how to melt the JIT into the production management system uniting the practical application.The topic first analyzed the characteristics, the production management pattern of the manufacturing industry, and its development tendency; and it introduced the concept, the basic thought, the goal, and the essential method of JIT in detail. Then, This article expounded basal idea and goal of JIT theory as well as basal means which would achieve JIT. Then the exercise of JIT had been referred, especially in the side of materiel, supply and storage. Subsequently the study’s status and development’s trend of JIT had been discussed as well the extension and shortcoming of JIT idea. This article expounded condition of application successfully. After researching control method of JIT system and introducing actuality of corporation, this article analyzed need of JIT theory into practical environment of Shenyang Mint to achieve goal of reducing costs and enhancing benefit. As an example of the system design of inventory management in JIT,this paper introduces detailedly the application of JIT thinking. Added the functional module of customer management and the produce-sale link in the software system, enterprise can make to order and extend availably to the industry with the wavy demand. Further combining inventory with production and sell, this system improves the efficiency and benefit of the enterprise.Finally, details, about the software system structure, the building of database, the design of Client and the software implement, are given. it proves the feasibility and advancement.
